How it works

Registration
The outlet is connected to the system by the distributor sales force (at the level of POS or even each clerk and owner for personalizing incentive programs).
Hierarchy
The owners of retail outlets set up a hierarchy of roles for POS employees – the ability to sign documents, place orders, and complete tasks.
Сatalog
The outlet gets access to the SKU catalog from the manufacturer / distributor and the opportunity to purchase all the necessary goods on one platform 24/7.
Incentive programs
POS carries out incentive programs from the manufacturer / distributor, receiving additional remuneration (possibly on individual level).
Auto-orders
The outlet independently makes orders for the necessary goods - the Big Data-based system makes recommended automatic orders and suggests how much income can be received when purchasing certain SKUs.
Task performance
The outlet undertakes the routine tasks of a sales agent through the task exchange – photo monitoring of shelves, merchandising, stock count, etc. – rewards are awarded for completed tasks.
Chat
Tasks are completed in a convenient chat - neural networks and the Image Recognition system help to cope with tasks without prior training and preparation, and direct communication with a sales agent is also possible to clarify details and get help.

#Цель

Привлечение трафика в категорию «уход за кожей лица» с целью увеличения средней корзины продаж.

#KeyVisual

Нами была предложена и реализована комплексная креативная маркетинговая концепция акции “3 шага”, включающая в себя 3 этапа ухода за кожей лица - очищение, увлажнение и маска. Мы разработали коммуникацию с клиентом за счет онлайн и оффлайн платформ с привлечением навигационных подсказок в роли интерактивного консультанта, который решает проблемы индивидуального подхода в бьюти секторе.

#Конструкция

Мы позаботились о том, чтобы покупательский трафик мигрировал в бьюти категорию “Уход за кожей лица”, с последующим увеличением средней корзины продаж. Был создан виртуальный 3D-полигон, включающий в себя рестайлинг островных конструкций, пристенных стеллажей, воблеров и стопперов. Разместили рекламное оборудование и нанесли навигационные подсказки для концепта прогноза продаж.
