At the end of each block of training, the child is tested, receives points and takes his place in the rating: general / for a specific orphanage / for a specific profession. At the end of the course, the student completes the final work and receives a certificate of completion.

Employees of partner companies help children to learn by answering questions about courses in a secure chat, as well as checking the performance of creative assignments and final works.

The points received during the training can be exchanged for both virtual prizes (medals, stickers, game avatar upgrades, etc.) and real gifts from partner companies: educational toys, books, gadgets, etc.

The best students who have taken high places in the ranking are invited to an internship in the chosen profession in one of the partner companies, consolidating the acquired skills in practice and trying on the chosen specialty. At the end of the internship, students receive memorable gifts, certificates of internship, and the most talented children can be invited to work in the company after graduating from the orphanage.

Mentors from partner companies continue to support children after they leave the orphanage, helping them to adapt in adult life and avoid typical mistakes that state children face. institutions.
