The IQ Chat application is installed on employees' phones or computers. The platform is supported by all available systems: iOS and Android mobile application, web, adaptive.

We import content on current projects and tasks into the system to create a common information field. We integrate data from third-party services - Jira, Trello, DropBox, etc.

Creating a chat to solve a task, selecting a task type, adding employees who check and are responsible for the implementation, as well as all the necessary data and media materials, setting deadlines, task stages and checkboxes. Manual or automatic setting of the task is possible. If necessary, access to the chat is provided to partners with the appropriate hierarchy set up. Task data can be stored locally or in the cloud.

Work on the task takes place in the created chat, authorized employees contribute to its solution, marking the completed steps. The system reminds about deadlines and sends push notifications about closing a stage or adding new data. After the work is completed, the authorized employee checks the correctness and completeness of the task and transfers the chat to the list of completed projects. All data entered during the work on the task and the created content are transferred to a common info field for further use.

The system measures the time spent on the project, generates statistics on completed tasks and the performance of each specific employee / department. Based on the results of the analytics, it is possible to reward or promote employees.
